A bold take on traditional roasting, inspired by flavours from around the world.

Hand-prepared with precision and care, each Signature Roast Wrap begins with a premium corn-fed chicken leg, expertly boned out and generously filled with, regional cheese and a specially selected artisan sausage meat, chosen to reflect the flavours of its regional inspiration. Once stuffed, it’s wrapped in butcher’s twine, enrobed in streaky British bacon, and finished with a fragrant sprig of rosemary to infuse the wrap as it cooks.

These are centrepiece cuts — If you’re serving them alongside plenty of sides — think roast veg, mash, gravy, Yorkshire puddings — then one wrap can comfortably feed two people, especially if you’re not big eaters. But truthfully? These are rich, flavour-packed, indulgent things, and most people are very happy polishing off a whole one themselves.
