Our Free-Range Back Bacon is thick-cut, deeply flavoured and naturally cured – the kind of bacon you remember from proper breakfasts. Sourced from British free-range pigs reared with care, these rashers are generous in size and rich in flavour, with just the right balance of lean meat and creamy fat for that perfect sizzle.
Perfect for: Morning fry-ups, bacon sandwiches, or adding depth to pasta dishes, tarts, and salads.
George’s tip: Let the bacon come to room temperature, then start it in a cold pan – the fat renders slowly and crisps up beautifully without drying the meat.
Each 750g pack contains approx. 16–17 rashers.
