Hand-selected from British beef (Woodhead Bros quality as standard), each Chateaubriand is trimmed and prepped by George to showcase the natural marbling and shape of the fillet head. Ideal for a romantic dinner, a showstopping roast, or simply when you want to impress without compromise.
Serving & Cooking
Feeds 2–4 people depending on size. Best served medium rare after a quick sear and gentle roast. Rest well and slice thick for maximum wow factor. Pair with rich sauces like béarnaise, truffle jus, or simply a knob of mustard butter.
George’s Top Tip:
For the perfect finish, reverse sear it: bring to temp in the oven low and slow, then sear hard at the end in a hot cast iron pan for that restaurant-worthy crust.
