Robust and distinctive, our minced lamb is a blend of both shoulder and belly, giving it the optimum ratio of meat to fat for the perfect cook. Its fatty natural sugars melt upon frying providing that distinctive savoury umami taste. Ground to a medium to coarse mince ensuring it has plenty of bite, its able to hold its own in a mousakka or shepherds pie while having enough flavour to be the star of simple dishes.
