Reared on a family farm in the heart of Buckinghamshire since 1990, our Free Range Bronze Turkeys are the true centrepiece of a proper Christmas. These birds are slow-grown using time-honoured methods, with welfare and flavour at the heart of every step.

Raised in small flocks for individual care, they roam freely every day in rolling meadows, grazing on fresh grass and foraging for insects — just as nature intended. Come nightfall, they rest in spacious straw-filled barns, with fresh bedding, natural light, and plenty of feed and water.

Dry-plucked by hand and traditionally hung for 10–14 days, each bird develops deep flavour, succulent texture, and that unmistakable roast turkey aroma that fills the home with nostalgia.
