The Toulouse sausage hails from the southwest of France, where rustic, hearty cooking reigns supreme. Traditionally made with coarsely ground pork, we've elevated the blend by adding 30% British beef β giving it an extra layer of richness and bite, while staying true to its robust, meaty roots.
This sausage is bold, chunky, and built for slow cooking. It's the star of the famous French cassoulet β a slow-baked dish of beans, duck, and sausage β but it also shines grilled, pan-fried, or roasted and sliced into pasta or stews.
