Crafted in small batches using prime British pork shoulder and belly, our Italian-style sausages are boldly seasoned with cracked black pepper, garlic, a touch of chilli, and plenty of fennel seed — the signature herb of classic Italian salsiccia. These are proper sausages with bite, depth, and a little Mediterranean swagger.
Inspired by traditional recipes from Tuscany and Calabria, they’re juicy, aromatic, and punchy in flavour. Whether you’re grilling them over open flame, simmering them in a rich tomato sugo, or folding them into a pasta bake — these sausages sing.
