A proper butcher’s cut, our whole lamb shoulder is a slow-roasting classic that delivers deep, honest flavour and fall-off-the-bone tenderness. This is the joint you want when you’re feeding a crowd and want to impress without overcomplicating it.
Cut from British lamb, it’s generously marbled, making it perfect for long, low cooking—think 4 to 5 hours in the oven with garlic, rosemary and a splash of wine. The result? Rich, melting meat that pulls apart with a spoon and packs serious flavour into every bite.
Ideal for: long Sunday roasts, Middle Eastern feasts, or shredding into flatbreads with a dollop of tzatziki.
